Happy Teacher, Happy Kids website is an organization site to help teachers have resources to keep their classroom organized. Organization is very important when it comes to the classroom. The website was created by Diana Owens, which is a teacher to first graders. She enjoys creating a fun and engaging classroom for her classroom, and she wants the same for other teachers. Diana Owens also believes if the teacher is truly happy in the classroom; the students will be happy also. The website is to help teachers de-stress with fun free resources, freebies, and lots of fun advice and tips.

Hi Riyah: I found this to be a good pick because the site itself was current and relevant. I found her to have a lot of great activity ideas that would help to encourage participation and make learning fun yet done with purpose. I will add this to my list of resources. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHi Riyah, I really do think this site is great for all teachers. From the new ones to the all ready set teachers who are looking for new ideas. I have to say that I agree with Ms. Owens when she says that we as teachers need to be happy. Our student will pick up on our emotions and if we are excited and eager to teach, then they will be happy and excited to learn. This is a site I will add for future references. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Riyah,
ReplyDeleteYou have done a create job with the completion of your blog! Your outstanding advice helped me in the process of my own blog, so thank you!! I found each of your resources to be effective and helpful to the overall success of the classroom as well as students! I especially enjoyed the creativeness that was put into this blog, my favorite were the story time and snack examples! As a preschool teacher, I find myself always trying to incorporate something a little more fun just reading a story. Because my students are so young they can only sit still for so long.. now if I had a yummy treat to go along with my stories, I definitely think they would sit a lot longer! Great job!
